I grew up in County Fermanagh, studied pharmacy, then moved to Kent 37 years ago to work as an industrial pharmacist for Pfizer Ltd. I have lived in Broadstairs, Manston and am now retired in Ash.
I have two teenage children who originally attended Preston Primary School where I was a governor for 2 years. My interests include cooking, dinghy sailing and windsurfing – although a recent disability has retired me from the last two!
Pfizer was a very health-&-safety and data-conscious organisation and hopefully that experience will be of benefit to Worth Primary School in my role as Governor.
